Purpose

Horizons Learning Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization created to enhance community education. Specifically, the Foundation supports:

  1. Educational programs dedicated to teaching vocational trades and basic numeracy and literacy
  2. Educational and experiential programs that allow exposure to the latest technology, building techniques, renewable energy sources and growth industries
  3. Programs that expose students to cultural and historical traditions and beliefs from various regions of the country and the world
  4. Students in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, scholarships, educational programs designed to build a solid foundation of values at an early age, and exposure to service learning opportunities that will allow them to practice employability skills


Horizons Learning Foundation supports students regardless of race, color, sex, age or national origin.
